Cryo-TEM 3-D reconstruction of macromolecular (virus, protein complex, etc)
MRI signal processing (parallel imaging, time-sequential sampling, k-t sampling etc)
Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) for brain imaging
CT conebeam reconstruction algorithm
